If you lost the phone or it got stolen, we highly recommend you to:
- Contact the mobile provider as soon as possible to Lock the SIM card. Then apply for a new card with the same phone number and log in to Mixin on a new device.
- If you have already set up an emergency contact on Mixin Messenger, you can log in to Mixin via Emergency contact, then change the login phone number to a new one.
Please note that:
- Mixin Messenger CAN NOT help you to deactivate your account
- If you cannot get the same phone number and didn't set up emergency contact, Mixin CAN NOT help you change the login phone number.
