Ensure the security of PIN, then lose your phone, won't lose your assets. Because of every process of withdrawal, transfer and change phone number require the PIN to verify. If you lose the phone, please follow these steps:
1. After you lose the phone, please contact your operator company to get the phone number back immediately;
2. Login with the same phone number and you could manage your assets with the same PIN;
3. Ensure the PIN security, please change it
Attention: when you log-in on a new device with the same phone number, the account on the former device will be kicked out.
