How to do if I forget the PIN code?

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to reset the PIN code, you have to remember it once you set it. If you don’t remember it anymore, please try it by yourself, you have 5 times to try it every 24 hours.

Here are some suggestions:

1. You’d better note every possibility, don't waste the chance.

2. Don't try simple combinations, such as 111222, 111111, etc. The app doesn't recommend you to set up a PIN like this.

To help users remember the PIN code well, our Messenger asks users to input the PIN code every 24 hours when they open the wallet.
